Bayline is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation.

2. A record-keeping aid, not a safety or calibration authority

Bayline helps you keep records of tools, gauges, machines, consumables and events. It does not certify, calibrate or approve anything. You are responsible for verifying that tools, gauges and machines are fit, calibrated and safe before use, and for meeting the legal, safety and quality-system requirements (for example ISO 9001 or customer requirements) that apply to your business. Due dates, statuses and signals in Bayline are reminders, not decisions.

3. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fonnebust AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost production, lost profit, scrap or rework, or loss or corruption of data.

4. Backups

When Bayline is self-hosted, you are responsible for taking, keeping and testing backups (Backup page, scripts/export.sh) and for the server it runs on.

5. AI agents

AI agents and scripts act through agent keys that your admins create. What an agent does with a key is done under your keys and your responsibility; review agent proposals and the history.

6. Your data

This public demo is one shared account. You do not control the data on it. Read the privacy notice before you type anything. Do not enter personal information.

7. Vendor and other agreements

Bayline is made by Fonnebust AS. Paid or cloud use may be covered by a separate written agreement with Fonnebust AS; where it differs from this text, that agreement prevails.
